Thomas Hugh was Agnes and James ninth child and fifth son. Born on the 26 Jan 1886 Thomas was downed in fishing accident when only on the 17 Aug 1908 on 22 years old. His namesake, my grandfather Thomas Hugh was born the 20th August 1908.
I think this is Thomas acting as MC at the concert.
