In 1886 Mary aged 26 years she married William Francis Bennetto, from Milton. (m.1886/1867)

Sadly nine months later Mary passed away at Fairflax (Milton).

Mary is buried with her mother and father at the Eastern cemetery, Invercargill.
In 1891 William married again to Aby McKenize. They had son William Francis the following year.
